This winter we have been busy making colors on knitting yarns and wool
for felt making here in the studio. We are working with both natural
dye colors and fiber reactives in order to please a range of customers.
The colors drying outside in the sunshine are pleasing to tourists
passing by. The dye pots afford a hamam like feeling inside the shop at
times. We also aquired a new old Juki sewing machine which I am
thrilled with..it doesnt even blink when sewing layers of felt. Some of
the new colors are finding their way into our daily feltwork as well.
